Therapy With Me

Feeling understood is at the heart of good therapy. You deserve a space where you feel heard, respected, and genuinely supported. The connection between you and your therapist—often called the therapeutic alliance—is one of the strongest predictors of meaningful change. My goal is to create a relationship where you feel safe enough to explore, curious enough to grow, and empowered enough to move toward the life you want.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)

EMDR helps the brain process difficult or overwhelming experiences so they no longer feel as emotionally charged. Through guided eye movements or gentle tapping, EMDR supports your nervous system in healing from the inside out, helping you feel calmer and more in control.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

ACT helps you relate differently to difficult thoughts and emotions. Instead of fighting them, you learn skills to make space for them while staying connected to your values. ACT supports you in taking meaningful steps toward the life you want, even when things feel hard.

Somatic Therapy

Somatic therapy focuses on the body’s role in healing. Stress and past experiences often show up physically—tightness, heaviness, restlessness. By using gentle awareness, grounding, breath, or movement, somatic therapy helps release stored tension and build a deeper sense of safety and connection within yourself.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

DBT teaches practical skills for managing intense emotions, staying grounded in the present, navigating stress, and improving communication. These tools help you respond to challenges with more clarity and stability.

Narrative Therapy

Narrative therapy helps you explore the stories you’ve been told—or have told yourself—about who you are. By separating yourself from the problem and rewriting limiting narratives, you can step into a more empowered and compassionate understanding of your life.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

CBT helps you notice unhelpful thought patterns and replace them with more balanced, realistic ones. It’s structured, practical, and focused on what you can shift right now to feel better.

Committed to Ongoing Learning

I’m dedicated to continually growing as a therapist. I pursue ongoing training, consultation, and education to ensure the support I offer is current, compassionate, and grounded in best practices. My goal is to show up with the skills, insight, and care you deserve — always learning, always evolving.
